This is our most wanted service so far. This is our practice where our recruiters work (virtually) alongside in-house recruitment teams to design sourcing/recruiting strategies, source and interview talent from around the world, run campaigns and events and prepare a happy onboarding for new employees. We collaborate, communicate and work side by side.

RPO Next

Our fully outsourced RPO, or RPM* model, is called RPO-next. In this model, a client transfers all recruiting activities to us. This means the customer is fully unburdened, uses our Sourcers, Recruiters, our tech and reporting tools. We work under our customers’ brand and act as their very own recruitment team, but with more flexibility, agility, scalability and expertise than they ever could imagine they would have.
